TAB Technologies was engaged to perform the air and water balance testing in connection with the new hospital. The project included chillers with a variable primary water system and chilled water coils mounted in a variety of central station VAV air units. Two hot water boilers were used to provide water to preheat coils in air units and to reheat coils in the VAV terminals.
