A new 5 star, 30 stories, 1,000 room, 1,000,000 square foot convention center hotel located in Downtown Houston, TX. Completed in 2017 just in time for Super Bowl LI.
TAB Technologies was contracted to balance the air and water per the specifications. The air side consisted of air units serving variable volume terminal units, fan powered units, the Presidential suites, and a multitude of general and kitchen exhaust. Water was adjusted to all coils in the air units. The water systems included variable primary chilled water pumps along with a domestic hot water system.
TAB Technologies performed a special inspection agency report that included testing on the stairwell pressurization and smoke evacuation systems.
