Project included a new 650,00 square foot semiconductor fabrication facility, a major central plant, and a new Probe, Assembly & Test building in Richmond, Virginia. Completed spring of 2005.

TAB Technologies, together with joint venture partner US Test & Balance, performed the air and hydronic test and balance on the base build, and tool ramp – including process exhaust balancing of several hundred 300mm tools.
This was a $500,000+ contract completed within a 4 month time frame.
