The Joule Hotel project involved the restoration of this 10 story, 129 room, 1920’s neo-gothic landmark. Complete renovation included the addition of Charley Palmer’s Steakhouse. The contract was completed January, 2008. TAB Technologies was contracted to perform all air and hydronic Test and Balancing services on this project.
