A new 4 star, 1,006 room hotel and 285,000 square foot convention center located in San Antonio, TX. Completed in March, 2009.
TAB Technologies was contracted to balance the air and water per the specifications. The air side incorporated massive built-up units, air units serving variable volume terminal units, fan powered units, and a multitude of general and kitchen exhaust. The water systems included variable primary chilled water pumping and an extensive domestic hot water system.
