A massive new 825,000 square foot hospital, and 350,000 square foot phased hospital renovation located in San Antonio, Texas. Includes 425 inpatient beds (116 of those being ICU), 32 O.R.s and numerous departments including the U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research Burn Center. Started in January 2010, completed March 2013.
TAB Technologies performed the air and water balancing on the equipment per the specifications. The air systems contained both traditional variable volume units and dual duct VAV units with hot water reheat coils to maintain zone control. The water side consisted of centrifugal chillers with primary and secondary chilled water system
