The Northline Campus is a new four-story academic building totaling about 116,500 square feet. It is equipped with two math computer labs, two biology labs, one chemistry lab, one business technology lab, a cosmetology lab, a computer drafting lab and a 10,000 square foot library.
TAB Technologies was contracted to perform the air and water balance on the new academic building and the new central plant. The air side consists of units serving series fan powered terminal units, an outside air unit and exhaust fans. Water was adjusted to all the coils in the air units. The water systems include chillers, pumps, cooling towers and boilers.
