A new 4 star, 30 story hotel/condo structure located in Fort Worth, Texas. The hotel phase opened January 2009, with the completion of the condo phase in the summer of 2009.
TAB Technologies was contracted to balance the air and water per the specifications. The air side consisted of air units serving variable volume terminal units, fan powered units, and individual room units on the 13 levels of the hotel. Water was adjusted to all coils in the air units and terminal units.
