Only one TAB firm in Texas has completed more Hospital work than us and those guys have been around 40 years longer than us. Here in Austin we do a tremendous amount of work for both Seton and St. David’s, including Dell Children’s Medical Center, the SIA work for Dell Seton Medical Center, and virtually all major expansions in the past ten years for both groups. Outside of Austin we’ve completed dozens of project for Baylor Scott & White, including BS&W Lakeway, BS&W Round Rock, and the Center for Advanced Medicine (CAM) in Temple. We’ve already mentioned Parkland in Dallas and Brooke Army Medical Center (SAMMC) in San Antonio but they’re so big, they deserve to be mentioned twice. Additionally, we’ve completed multiple Forest Park Medical Centers, and continue to complete projects for Hermann Memorial, Lake Grandbury, Texas Scottish Rite, and numerous others. We know what it takes to pass a TDH inspection; understand cascading pressurization and how to get there; know which rooms should be positively and which should be negatively pressurized and the air change requirements for those rooms. We once had an HCA Commissioning Inspector tell the General Contractor “I’ll take these guys on every job I’m on.” If you knew this guy, you’d understand why we are so proud of that declaration.
