Schools

We are extremely proud of our K-12 performance. Many public school systems hire Testing and Balancing as a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) and we are proud to say that we have never failed to be awarded a PSA for an RFQ we have responded to. We know we will, but so far we haven’t. We currently have or recently had PSAs with the following ISDs: Alief, Alvin, Barber’s Hill, Brazosport, Conroe, Eagle Mountain / Saginaw, Fort Bend, Grapevine / Colleyville, Humble, Klein, Lake Travis, Pearland, Round Rock, and Spring. We’ve also completed many projects for Austin ISD, Waco ISD and Leander ISD.

Humble ISD

TAB Technologies currently has a contract for any Humble ISD building which needs Testing, Adjusting and Balance. We have completed scopes of work that include new construction, renovation, and additions. New Construction included complete balance of air and water systems,

Conroe ISD

A current contract for any Conroe ISD building which needs Testing, Adjusting and Balance. We have completed scopes of work that include new construction and additions. New Construction included complete balance of air and water systems, and verification of controls.

Leander Independent School District

This project encompassed three new elementary schools, a new high school complex and miscellaneous revisions on a middle school located in Leander and Cedar Park, Texas. The projects were completed in the December, 2008. TAB Technologies performed the air and

New University High School

TAB Technologies provided air and water balancing services in addition to a design review and HVAC commissioning services. The project included a significant chilled and hot water plant in addition to numerous conventional rooftop packaged units.
